Safe Journeys was hired on October 31, 2024 until February 10, 2025 for an ALS patient who was still living at home making this a 7 day a week job. Patient went to hospice February 10, 2025.

One issue I was warned about by several friends was to be prepared, private care doesn’t always show up or come on time. This was not the case, Safe Journeys never missed a scheduled day. If the care giver was running late we were always notified. During a heavy snow storm the owner Terri was on the phone advising me of steps to take to get plans in order to make sure the patient had the necessary care. Terri also made surprise visits to see that all was well especially after a new hire. 

Safe Journeys is definitely worth checking into if you are considering home care.
